A great Family Fun desert in our house is a Pizza Cookie! On a Friday night when your needing an idea this one can be done in 20 minutes! My kids love to join in when I make it as well. Decorate the kid and have fun! Cream together: 1 1/4 tsp shortening 1/2 cup melted butter 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp baking soda add: 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup white sugar add: 2 1/2 cups white flour 3/4 cup chocolate chips bake 375 12 minutes (some ovens may vary) Enjoy & Have Fun!
